CEO of Lerum Corporation - The project is to renovate the now vacant Pagoda Palace Movie Theatre into a live theatre. The building was originally built in 1908 as a live theatre and converted into a movie theatre in 1937. - The original tall plate sign will be kept since it is the last remaining piece of history and an important symbol to the neighborhood. - The original balcony will be restored.
