We are oppose of this business in our residential neighborhood. Our block consists of residents that is comprise of elderly people and kids so this business attracts many unsavory individuals. This project should not be approve. Double parking and blocking the residences<U+2019> driveways is already a huge problem. With the opening of this place there will be even more unforeseen parking issues. In addition to the double parking issue, there will be people running and jaywalking which could potentially lead to accidents. We are also worry about the type of people that will be going into this place and lingering around the neighborhood after the bar is closed. Like previously mentioned there is a lot of families with kids and elderlies residing here in this nice neighborhood.
